What are the rate limits for using Ninja?
We limit usage for Ninja if a user's request rate exceeds 20 messages per minute. This ensures fair usage and helps maintain optimal performance for all users.
What are the difference between the Basic, Pro, and Ultra plans?
The Basic plan offers 10 tasks per day, including basic image generation and limited live chat with avatars. The Pro plan provides unlimited tasks, access to 1080p (Full HD) image generation, and more advanced AI models. The Ultra plan unlocks 2k (Quad HD) resolution, advanced AI editing (coming soon), and access to over 20 premium AI models, including DALL-E 3 and Stable Diffusion XL 1.0.
Is there a free plan available
Yes, the Basic plan is free and includes 10 tasks per day. This is perfect for users who want to try out the platform with access to basic image generation, code generation, and other core features.
How are tasks counted
Each task refers to a single action performed by the AI, such as generating an image, code, or performing a search. Tasks are unlimited on Pro and Ultra plans, but Basic plan users are limited to 10 tasks per day.
Are there any discounts for annual billing?
Yes, we offer a 30% discount if you choose to subscribe to an annual plan instead of monthly. This discount is automatically applied when you select the annual billing option during checkout.
What AI models are available in the Pro and Ultra plans?
Pro users have access to six AI models, including fine-tuned Llama 3.1 and PixArt-Sigma. Ultra users can access over 20 premium models, including DALL-E 2, DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion XL 1.0, and the Amazon Titan Image Generator.
What happens if I exceed my task limit on the basic plan?
Once you reach your 10-task limit for the day on the Basic plan, you won’t be able to perform any more tasks until the following day. If you need more tasks, you can upgrade to the Pro or Ultra plan for unlimited access.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period, after which your account will revert to the free Basic plan.
