This approach allows me to stay on the direction I'm heading in focus, while addressing individual problems. I can go back and look at the "nuts and bolts" later.

The customer service is top notch, when I report a problem they actually work on a solution and email back to ask if it is resolved for you. That is fantastic. The voice mode integrates with text mode, a huge plus as I need to toggle between copying/pasting inputs with my thoughts.

As a building inspector, I used to spend hours typing up inspection reports. I started implementing AI into my reports, which has halved my report prep time. I was going to subscribe to ChatGPT, but their prices were unreasonable for the volume of work I do. I found Ninja AI. At first there were hicups with voice mode, it kept cutting me off mid-dictation. However, the guys at Ninja AI were very quick to address the issues I would report. After a few back-and-forths and a few subsequent updates, the system now works perfectly! Not only does it provide an extraordinary amount of technical detail to my reports, but it can decipher what I'm trying to convey even when I'm tired and the input I give it is somewhat eratic. I no longer have to come up with the narrative myself, I just tell the AI roughly what the issue is and it prepares a full detailed narrative, including all the technical theory and suggestive corrective measures. Ninja AI is a well-designed and user-friendly platform. I particularly appreciate the ability to choose between different AI models, allowing me to select the one best suited to my specific needs. I also find it especially helpful that some models are tailored for coding support in R Studio, which is highly relevant to my research.

I struggled to think of contents for an investor eBook and of course ninja laid it out more than I expected.

This is the type of answer I would expect and want to receive. It allows the person to see that there is more to it than just diving right in thinking there is no cost. Not everyone knows that there is a cost for everything in order to maintain a balance or in other words "no rest for the wicked, money don't grow on trees", lol kidding but I am pleased to see more self-control with your ninja model - well done.

I also love that I don't have to over-explain everything for the continuity and consistency to be there.

Because Ninja gave me information as to where I'm able to find the rates I didn't ask for any lower rates or information on that but it was provided to me which was exceptional

I'm not sure exactly what you've built here but man it's one of the best AI's I've come across, and I've studied and worked with quite a few recently. The SuperAgent Apex alone is worth the $15 a month.

Absolutely love the new update! The auto scrolling is pretty useful. Also, I accidentally discovered the podcast feature today and was surprised how good it was. Plus the UI improvements, looks far better now since I joined. Also, I had requested a feature request to talk to external models one on one and now I can see and set up environments and use whichever model I want. I used to use Poe in the past but they got ridiculously expensive with limited tokens. At that point their system was better than Ninja but now it’s the opposite. Y’all got everything right at the right prices.
