Babak Pahlavan
Founder, CEO & CPO
Former Sr. Director of Product Management at Google for 11yrs, Ninja is Babak’s 4th start-up. Babak built and sold CleverSense (Alfred) to Google in Dec 2011: Alfred was a personalized assistant company that was integrated into Google Maps for personalized recommendations. At Google, Babak led 20+ product teams including Google Analytics, Data Studio, A/B Optimizers, Security/HR/Legal solutions, etc.
Sam Naghshineh
Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer
Former Director & AI Systems Co-Design leader at Meta. This is also Sam’s 3rd startup having previously founded Decasense – An AI video intelligence platform (acquired by Sensity) and Citadelica – Pioneering SDN based network appliances. Sam has also led numerous technical initiatives at Broadcom, Marvell and Boeing. At Meta Sam led the AI SW/HW co-design of their deep learning initiative scaling Meta’s ML workloads (Recommendation, NLP and content understanding) to GPU and later custom silicon acceleration.
Arash Sadrieh, PhD
Co-Founder, Chief Science Officer
Former Senior Applied Scientist at AWS with six years of experience driving key research initiatives that bolstered AWS’s infrastructure efficiency. PhD in computer modeling and simulation, collaborations with Oxford University, Sydney University, and CSIRO. Founder of innovative deep reinforcement learning systems, holding multiple significant patents to optimize AWS’s core infrastructure. Prior to AWS, Arash had a postdoctoral research tenure with a track record of publication in high-impact journals and conferences, including Nature Communications and IPDPS.
Kurt Wilkinson
VP, Go-To-Market
Former senior GTM leader for nine years at Google; led large teams within Android, Play, Shopping, and as the Global GTM Lead for SMB. Kurt also led multiple special projects for Google's CXO leadership, including market entry and policy changes. NinjaTech AI is Kurt’s 3rd startup; he has held multiple GTM executive roles including Sales, BD/Partnerships and Marketing, most recently at a Sequoia-backed startup. Kurt is an active angel investor and startup co-founder advisor.
