What are the rate limits for using Ninja?
We limit usage for Ninja if a user's request rate exceeds 20 messages per minute. This ensures fair usage and helps maintain optimal performance for all users.
What are the difference between the Standard, Ultra, and Max plans?
Standard plan: Unlimited tasks with access to AI tools such as image generation, code generation, and fast search. No file uploads or advanced features like deep research or customizations.
Ultra plan: Offers all Standard features with significant upgrades, including deep researcher, access to 20+ external models, and can process large file uploads (up to 1.5M words). The Ultra plan also offers enhanced image editing tools and higher resolution outputs.
Max plan: Offers all Ultra features with access to Ninja's Super Agent, an autonomous agent with access to a cloud computer. With capabilities including website creation, Data analysis and visualization, document creation, and end-to-end coding for applications.
Is there a free plan available
Yes, the Basic plan is free and includes 6 tasks per day. This is perfect for users who want to try out the platform with access to image generation, code generation, and other core features.
How are tasks counted
Each task refers to a single action performed by the AI, such as generating an image, code, or performing a search. Ninja tasks are unlimited on Standard, Ultra and Max plans, but Basic plan users are limited to 6 tasks per day. Max users are limited to 250 Ninja Super Agent requests per month.
Are there any discounts for annual billing?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount on our Ultra & Max plan if you choose to subscribe to an annual plan instead of monthly. This discount is automatically applied when you select the annual billing option during checkout.
What happens if I exceed my task limit on the Basic plan?
Once you reach your 6-task limit for the day on the Basic plan, you won’t be able to perform any more tasks until the following day. If you need more tasks, you can upgrade to the Standard, Ultra or Max plan for unlimited Ninja access.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period, after which your account will revert to the free Basic plan.
Do I get support with my plan?
Yes, all plans include email and in-product support.
