We use third-party large language models (LLMs) to support some of our functionality. Depending on the functionality you select, your Personal Information may be shared with third-party tools, including LLMs. For example, if you instruct the Services to research a topic using a particular third-party service, the search terms will be shared with the selected third-party service. Your information also may be shared with third parties if you use the Services to schedule a meeting, which will require us to disclose Personal Information relevant to the scheduling to other attendees in accordance with your instructions.

In connection with business transfers. Google API Services User Data Policy. NinjaTech AI’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We automatically collect certain other information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. If we are required to treat such information as Personal Information under applicable law, we may use and disclose it for the purposes for which we use and disclose Personal Information, as detailed in this Privacy Policy.

The automated information we collect includes:

Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and that we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include browser type and settings and information about your activity in the Services (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called “crash dumps”), and hardware settings). When you download and use an App, we and our service providers may track and collect App usage data, such as the date and time the App on your device accesses our servers and what information and files have been downloaded to the App based on your device number.

Depending on the device used, this device data may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.

7. Choice

You may opt out from receiving marketing-related emails from us. If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us on a going-forward basis, you may opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email received or by contacting us at the information listed in the “How Can You Contact Us About This Notice?” section below.

We will comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that if you opt out of receiving marketing-related emails from us, we may still send you important administrative messages, from which you cannot opt out.

9. Use of the Services By Minors

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of sixteen (16), and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16 years of age.

You can log into your user account at any time to review or change the information in your account or to terminate your account.

11. Data Deletion

You can delete your Ninja AI data by deleting your account. Please follow these steps to delete your account.

1. Log into your Ninja AI account.

2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Click on Manage Account & Settings in the menu.

4. Click on General in the left hand navigation.

5. Click on Delete Account.

Please note that when you delete your account we mark your account and all associated data for deletion. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted after 60 days to comply with various regulations.

12. Jurisdiction and Cross-Border Transfer

We are located in the United States. We may store and process your Personal Information in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers. By using the Services, you understand that your information will be transferred to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country.

13. Sensitive Information

Unless we request it, we ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., Social Security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, or criminal background) on or through the Services or otherwise to us.

The Services may provide functionality allowing you to make payments using a third-party payment service with which you have created your own account. When you use such a service to make a payment to us, your Personal Information will be collected by such third party and not by us and will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, any such third party’s collection, use, or disclosure of your Personal Information.
